I got no response despite the auto response email saying to allow for 48 hours for a response from customer service.I then emailed again on June 26th and got the same auto response.I emailed again on the 29th of June going through th online chat route to submit an issue along with my order information which came up as "unfulfilled".I then called on June 30th, and the line to hold while waiting to speak to someone timed out and told me to leave a message, which I did.I then called again today (July 10th) and the same thing happened, no response, leave a message. ![]() ![]() I purchased a pair of sunglasses on June 8th 2023 and the order confirmation email provides information that mentions order processing within 3 days.On June 22nd I reached out via email for information regarding whether my order is being processed or has been shipped. Another auto-reply and no actual email.So a $339 pair of sunglasses is either missing, hasnt been sent or is in transit and Blenders will not reply with an answer as to what is going on. Received an auto-email response that someone would be in touch and never heard from anyone.Received one pair of sunglasses on August 6th.Attempted to call customer support on August 14th, call center was closed as it was 6am on the west coast and not within operating hours.Attempted to email customer support directly at *********************************** to ask about the other pair of sunglasses. Filled out a form to correspond with someone via email. Attempted to contact customer support on 7/31 for tracking information, chatbot is not helpful at all. Each pair was $339 amounting to a grand total of $678.Never received an order confirmation with any information regarding my purchase, was able to locate my order number ******* using my email and phone number. Ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses on 7/19.
